My almond bread was pretty much finished in about 2 hours. Addictive, no gluten, very low carb, and EGGLESS. Most keto bakes call for between 4-6 eggs. Sometimes leaving an eggy taste. This recipe can be made purely VEGAN too, by using almond milk instead of whole milk. Takes about 10 minutes to whip together and bakes in 35 minutes! The kids love this bread served up with organic grass fed butter, and I love them eating it. Packed with B complex vitamins from Almonds that are vital in brain development, as well as soluble and insoluble fibre from flax seeds and Psyllium Husks which prevent surges in blood sugar- this is one healthy bread to be eating! Diabetics, High cholesterol and hypertension patients, even athletes can all benefit! You don't have to be keto to eat it! Try it out, and see if you can curb bread cravings with this tasty flourless version. Your body WILL thank you.

Mix 1/2 cup warm milk or almond milk with 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, 3 tblspn flax seed meal, and 1 tblspn whole Psyllium Husks.
Mix 1 1/3 cups almond flour with 1 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp of salt.
Combine dry and wet ingredients and add 3 tblspn hot water. Combine well. Wet your hands and scoop the wet dough onto a tray lined with greased, greaseproof paper. Wet your hands and shape the bread into desired shape- round or oval. You can sprinkle sesame seeds on top if you like. Bake at 200 degrees C for 35 minutes. Cool before slicing. Enjoy!
